The activities of the Administrative Secretary have as main objective to manage the financial, material, and human resources for the timely fulfillment of the objectives of the Institute of Nuclear Sciences, accordingly to the current regulations applicable to the Administrative Processes and to the Quality Management System, and other regulations applicable in particular to External Projects. This by planning, organizing, directing, controlling and supervising the resources and services provided by the Administrative Secretary.

The Administrative Secretary is integrated by the Departments of Budgeting and Accounting, Personnel and General Services, and Goods and Supplies; in addition has a Head team of the CONAHCyT Projects Area and PAPIIT Projects Area.
