The registration fee is $300.00 US dollars or $5,000.00 Mexican pesos. For postdocs and foreign students there is a reduced fee of $150.00 US dollars or $2,500.00 Mexican pesos. Students affiliated to Mexican universities or research institutes can apply for economic support to help cover the registration fee and lodging provided that they present a letter of support from their advisor (by e-mail) and participate in the poster session.
The conference fee can be paid upon arrival at the conference venue, either in cash or by credit card, or by a transfer to the bank account of the Sociedad Mexicana de Física, A.C.

If you will participate as an invited speaker or as a poster presenter, you will be able to submit your abstract during your registration process. If you want only to attend, please register; you will not need to submit any document.
