Proceedings for this year's workshop will be submitted to the arXiv (e-document only!).  Participants are invited to submit proceedings (minimum of 2 but no more than 4-page long documents - a template will be provided).  The proceedings will be organized corresponding to each session of the workshop.  Session conveners are expected to prepare an introductory text for their respective chapters. The final organization of the proceedings will be done by the organizers.
