The Mexican Symposium on Nuclear Physics has a long tradition. It has been organized yearly since 1978 and its main goal is to bring together nuclear physicists working on fields that are related to the interests of the local groups:

  • Nuclear structure,
  • Nuclear reactions,
  • Physics with radioactive ion beams,
  • Hadron physics,
  • Nuclear astrophysics,
  • Neutron physics
  • LHC physics.

The Symposium represents a forum where new results are discussed and collaborations are encouraged.

In January 2012, we will hold the thirty-fifth anniversary of this Symposium. We invite you to take part in our celebration by contributing to form a high-level scientific program.
