The Organizing Committee provides bus transportation to take the participants from Hotel Ritz in the Historic Center of Mexico City to Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc on Sunday afternoon May 13 at 5 PM, and back again on Friday May 18 at 2:30 PM. Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc is located at about 90 minutes from Mexico City and 30 minutes from Cuernavaca.
In addition, on Sunday afternoon there will be a bus at Terminal 1 of the airport of Mexico City. This bus leaves the airport at 5 PM, and makes one additional stop at Sanborn's San Angel (Insurgentes Sur 2105) at about 5:30 PM before going to Cocoyoc.
For people who arrive too late for the bus, it is strongly recommended to take an OFFICIAL airport taxi to Cocoyoc. Tickets for this taxi can be bought at one of the ticket booths inside the airport. Yellowcab has a rate of about 1200 pesos.
The meeting starts Monday, May 14, and ends at lunch time on Friday, May 18.
People who need a hotel reservation in Mexico City before the meeting and/or
after the meeting, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can
make the necessary reservations at the Hotel Ritz in the Historic Center.
For the conference there is a special rate of 650 pesos.
